1. Overview
This Payment Return Policy describes when payments made in connection with infosys.careers may be refunded or returned. Job applications on this Site are generally free of charge. If any paid service, assessment, event registration, or processing fee is introduced, this policy will govern refunds for those charges.
2. No fee for standard applications
Submitting a standard job application through infosys.careers does not require payment. Infosys and authorized recruiters do not ask candidates to pay for interviews, offers, or onboarding. If anyone requests money claiming to represent Infosys hiring, treat it as suspicious and report it to hr@infosys.careers.
3. Paid services (if applicable)
If the Site later offers optional paid services—such as career webinars, skill assessments, or premium candidate tools—fees, taxes, and billing terms will be shown clearly before checkout. By completing payment you agree to the stated price and this return policy.
4. Eligibility for refunds
Where a paid service is offered, refunds may be available as follows:
- Duplicate or accidental charges: Full refund if reported within 7 days with proof of payment.
- Service not delivered: Full refund if a paid digital service fails to be provided due to our error.
- Cancellation before service start: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled paid event or assessment window, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- Partial delivery: Partial refund may be offered at our discretion if only part of a paid service was delivered.
5. Non-refundable items
- Fees already consumed (completed assessments, attended sessions)
- Third-party payment gateway charges that are non-recoverable, unless required by law
- Charges resulting from fraudulent applications or policy violations
- Currency conversion differences or bank fees levied by your provider
6. How to request a return
Email hr@infosys.careers with:
- Full name and registered email
- Transaction ID / payment reference
- Date and amount paid
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete eligible refunds within 7–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot credit a different card or account unless required by applicable law or payment-network rules.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of Site access and may be contested with supporting records.
9. Changes to fees & this policy
We may update fees and this Payment Return Policy from time to time. The version published on this page with the latest “Last updated” date applies to purchases made after that date.
